Describe treatment approach used: - Address the whole child and how this issue impacts them.
- Develop functional goals from this assessment and from family concerns/info.
- Begin wherever I can find immediate SUCCESS!!!
- Develop Trust. Have fun!
- Use redundant repetitive practice in functional activities.
- PROMPT. Watch every movement - give meaningful feedback - adapt what I'm doing in that moment.
- Embed appropriate practice into daily tasks at home and school - create supports, reminders, predictable contexts for those environments/other caregivers.

Describe parent/caregiver involvement: Parent involvement varies according to family dynamics and a child's needs. In many cases the parents are involved. They may observe and at other times, due to sibling issues or if the child may demonstrate more productivity and trust when the parent waits in the waiting room, they do not observe. I like to have the video monitor available in these cases. In any case, the last several minutes of the session are devoted to "what to do at home."
