Overall Treatment Approach:

I focus on evaluating and treating the unique needs of children with speech sound production disorders. I offer a family-centered approach in order to provide your child with the necessary skills for success using the most current resources and evidence-based therapy techniques. I incorporate the principles of motor learning into each speech therapy session, am trained in the Dynamic Temporal and Tactile Cueing (DTTC) approach, and am PROMPT Level 1 trained.

Parent Involvement:

All of my therapy sessions are child- and family-centered. Parents are involved every step of the way, from evaluation through treatment. I invite parents into my therapy sessions where there are natural opportunities for parent coaching.

AAC Use/Implementation Expertise:

Some of the children I have worked with have benefitted from the use of AAC, both low and/or high tech in order to increase communication and decrease frustration. I have worked with families as to how to integrate the use of AAC into their everyday routines.
