When working with a child who has CAS, sessions will often combine working on a specific set of words and/or phrases that target motor movements to increase your child's communication. We will practice similar words and/or phrases until your child has mastered those and then add in new words and phrases. We will use target words that are said multiple times and in multiple ways focusing on how to move your mouth in order to say the word. Caregivers are always encouraged to be a part of sessions and for us all to be having fun.
