Dynamic Star Duos Registration Form

Thank you for your interest in joining the Dynamic Star Duos by Apraxia Kids. The intention of this group is to connect younger children with childhood apraxia of speech (6-12 years of age) and their caregiver in a safe and fun atmosphere to talk, play games and support each other.
