Continuing Education: Only live attendance qualifies for continuing education credits. We can only confirm your attendance and award continuing education credits if you complete this form AND indicate your live attendance in the chat as instructed. Apraxia Kids will submit CEUs to ASHA and/or provide a personalized Certificate of Completion for eligible attendees as requested.
