In-Person Event: July 9-11, 2026
Virtual Sessions: July 1 – August 31, 2026
Professionals Seeking ASHA CEUs
Professionals seeking ASHA CEUs must register as a professional, answer “yes” when asked ‘Do you want Apraxia Kids to submit your CEUs to ASHA on your behalf,’ provide your 8-digit ASHA Number, and complete all CEU requirements. For those who comply, Apraxia Kids will submit earned CEUs to ASHA on your behalf and provide you with a personalized certificate and transcript of all verified sessions attended, both in-person and virtual.
Non ASHA Professionals
Professionals seeking CEU verification for their own tracking records must register as a professional, answer “no” when asked ‘Do you want Apraxia Kids to submit your CEUs to ASHA on your behalf,’ and complete all CEU requirements. For those who comply, Apraxia Kids will provide a personalized certificate & transcript of all verified sessions attended, both in-person & virtual.
CEU Requirements
To verify your session attendance/completion for continuing education, you must:
- Register for the conference as a Professional.
- Attend/View the session(s) of your choice in their entirety.
- Complete a Session Survey for each session you attend.
- Submit a CEU Tracking Form.
Survey
You must complete this survey for each and every session you attend that you would like CEUs for. Without a survey, we cannot verify your attendance at that session. Make sure you select the correct session number/title from the list of options for each survey.Select the session number & title from the drop down menu each time.
Tracking Form
Please help us provide the most accurate CEUs for you by using the Session Tracking Form to keep an ongoing record for yourself of all sessions you attend in-person and online. Check off which sessions you have completed, the date, if you completed the required survey, and (if applicable) downloaded the virtual certificate.
Personalized Certificate & Transcript
For your own documentation, we will email you a personalized certificate and transcript for all of your CEUs earned (both in-person and virtual) based on completion of the surveys and submission of the CEU Tracking Sheet. Your CEUs and paperwork will be processed and you will receive your certificate by early September. It may take longer for ASHA to process your approved CEUs and show up in your personal registry.

Apraxia Kids Timelines
ASHA CEUs from the in-person event will be submitted by August 25th.
ASHA CEUs from the virtual sessions will be submitted by October 15th.
All certificates & transcripts will be emailed no later than October 16th.
YOUR DEADLINES
In-Person Surveys and Tracking Form must be submitted no later than July 15th.
Virtual Surveys and Tracking Forms must be submitted no later than September 4th.
