Lessons from the Road to Reading: A Bilingual Journey

Course Abstract:

This session traced the multilingual reading acquisition journey of a child with CAS, covered strategies supporting literacy learning (in two languages), and taught approaches that align to the learning profile of a child with motor speech challenges. Also shared were perspectives from the SLP, parents, and instructional team.
