Apraxia Kids Store Return Policy
We appreciate those who support our mission by shopping from our store, and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrived to you damaged or defective, please contact email@example.com to resolve the issue.
You must email us at the above address within 15 calendar days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund. You must also provide a photo of your damaged or defective item, and your order confirmation number. You may have to pay shipping to return it to us before a replacement or refund can be issued. It is up to the discretion of the Apraxia Kids staff to determine eligibility for replacement or refund.
A note about shipping:
All shipping estimates in our store are calculated by the carrier, based on your location and the weight of your order. Once your order has left our facilities, we cannot guarantee an arrival date. Any questions about delayed shipping or estimates of a delivery date should be made to the carrier you selected.
