Overall Treatment Approach:
I tend to use the principles outlined in the Let's Start Talking and Let's Talk Clearly programs, based on motor learning principles. I use Dynamic Temporal and Tactile Cueing (DTTC - data keeping/lesson plan based on DTTC). Many elements of my work are also similar to the Nuffield program materials that I have. I begin building speech targets from what the child has. I use multi-sensory cueing, which is critical.

Percent of CAS cases: 75

Parent Involvement:
Parents are an integral part of my therapy. I have time set aside for parent-only training sessions and they participate in every session. The parents of my clients complete home practice at least 5 days/week. They help develop goals, help choose targets and give suggestions for games/activities. We are a team!

Community Involvement:
   - I sought out and successfully completed CASANA's Intensive Training Apraxia "Boot Camp"- I often receive calls and emails from parents and support them in their advocacy
