Children with childhood apraxia of speech usually require ongoing and intensive speech therapy services. Treating a child with CAS in a school setting provides a unique set of challenges for the Speech Language Pathologist! Managing unruly caseloads, little or no access to caregivers, and stressful IEP meetings are just the tip of the dilemma for therapists who work in our schools. The issues inherent to treating children with CAS in the school setting are very specific and often frustrating for the clinician. These issues are rarely addressed in the educational arena.

Until Now! We have heard you!

CASANA has created an intensive training specifically for the school-based therapist!
