2003 Apraxia-KIDS ASHA Convention Booth

CASANA and The Hendrix Foundation, through our Apraxia-KidsSMExhibit booth at the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Annual Convention, raise awareness and provide information on important issues related to children with apraxia.  This year, the convention in Chicago was attended by thousands of Speech-Language Pathologists from around the country, many stopping by our booth to get the latest information on childhood apraxia of speech or to stop and discuss their questions and concerns with staff, volunteers and members of our Professional  Advisory Board.  In addition, we hosted a reception to thank our professional advisors and colleagues for their dedicated service to children with apraxia and our organizations.

We owe great thanks to all of our staff, volunteers and advisors who helped at this years ASHA Exhibit booth including:Laura Basanese, Kathy Bauer, Tim Burns, Rita Duffy, Sharon Gretz, David Hammer, Chris Hester, Kathy Jakielski, Rebecca McCauley, Carol Myers, Gary Novak, Holly Olmstead-Hickey, Marcia Robinson, Ruth Stoeckel,  Mary Sturm and Elaine Tiscareno.
