My name is Taylor, and I am 3 1/2 years old. When I was 3, I was diagnosed with a neurological disorder called DYSPRAXIA. This affects my speech, and motor planning. I have been receiving group speech therapy, as well as private speech therapy 5 days a week, and I am improvng every day. I am speaking really well, and everyone can understand me!
Taylor's incredible improvement is due to early diagnosis and treatment. Many children have speech apraxia, and struggle to speak every day. It is my job to pass this information on to everyone! If more people are educated about this disorder, many more children will be diagnosed and treated appropriately. Please help Taylor and others like her by supporting CASANA.
