Join us in our efforts to support Childhood Apraxia of Speech Association of North America (CASANA)!

Join with us, please, and help create better futures for children with apraxia of speech.
Johnny has been diagnosed with Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS). He will be 3 in July 2007. He's a very happy little boy who has lots of fun playing with his 2 big sisters. He loves to go for rides and "help" drive his Grandpa and Uncle Joe's backhoe and trucks. He is making strides every week with his speech therapy, yet he still has a long way to go. He works very hard to talk, which for most of us comes so easily but is so difficult for kids with CAS. His sisters look forward to the day he can say their name. His dad and I look forward to the day he can say "I love you" and tell us how he feels!

Thank you for helping to support and spread awareness of CAS and the Childhood Apraxia of Speech Association of North America (CASANA). Any contribution is greatly appreciated.

Update: May 2008
Although Johnny still has a long journey ahead of him, he has made great progress this past year!! We are proud to announce he can say his sister Erika's name and is working very hard at saying his sister Jayne's name. He works hard every day to be able to talk to us and we are so PROUD of him. Thanks to all the therapists who have worked with him. A special thanks to Dave Hammer for our recent visit and the wonderful new things we learned!! We thank you for your continued support of this wonderful organization.
