Guest Speaker: Jeni Hergenreder, Staff Attorney, Disability Rights Network of PA
Jeni is a lawyer that will share information and answer our questions regarding IEP’s and special education rights. (Please email Sharon Gretz at with any IEP or special education issues you would like Ms. Hergenreder to discuss)

Jeni Hergenreder, Staff Attorney, Disability Rights Network of PA

Jeni Hergenreder, Staff Attorney, Disability Rights Network of PA – Jeni joined the Disability Rights Network of PA in 2008 as a Staff Attorney. She represents parents of children with disabilities in special education due process hearings and in federal court litigation. She was the honored recipient of a scholarship from the Academy of Trial Lawyers to attend the National Trial Advocacy College at the University of Virginia School of Law in 2012. Before joining DRN, Jeni clerked for The Honorable Kathleen Mulligan and interned at KidsVoice. Jeni served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for three children with disabilities from 2007-2012. She received her B.A. from Penn State University in 2004 and her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2008.
